I'm with you Memories. While not being a full timer, our destinations are usually 5-10 day stays. Most of the time the destination is 800-1000 miles. Two days out and two days back with 5-10 in the middle is about as long as I am comfortable being away.
 
There are times when I need to get somewhere, that may drive long haul days such as my recent trip TO Oshkosh, WI. It was exhausting. On the way home I did 3 hour days, it was soooo much better.
