In 2017 we can press the passcode then 1 to unlock the door, 2 to unlock the basement, or 4 to unlock door and basement. 1 works fine, 2 works fine, 4 is not working the first time. If I enter the passcode again and press 4 then it works. This is a new issue. Almost as if some signal is weak or something. Anyone had this or suggestions for triage?

Our's works intermittently. 1 and 2 work all the time, but 4, not so much. Been that way since new. Would love to find a solution.

On our 2015 Ventana we had the same symptoms - I removed and reinserted the inline fuse at the 'white Trimark box' in the dash (behind the speedometer) to reset it. No probs since.

Thanks. I removed the three screws and removed the top of the dash cover behind the gauges. I see the trimark box, I found it easier just to unplug the big white brick that all wires are going into. So far so good, we'll see how things go when it is unused after a bit. Back to back use seems fine, it's the wake up use that hasn't worked lately.

I'll give that a shot today. So it's a white box under the instrument cluster?

After taking off the cluster, I found the box but couldn't get to it for all the wiring and ac duct hoses there so I removed the lower shroud for the steering column to access the box. Unplugged the power for a few seconds and replugged. No difference in the keypad. Still won't unlock door and bins all the time on 4.

I pushed the duct work out of the way and was able to access the molex connector which was above the trimark unit, unplugged it and then replugged it back in. It was hard to plug back in as it's a tight fit.

My trimark system continues to work as expected after the "reboot". Thanks for the tips.

In 2018 Newmar decided to wire it so 1,2 & 4 all open the door and basement doors. When I asked about it they say that is what the customer wanted. No I want it to work like it was supposed to.
