All great advice so far, inspection by a professional before purchase is almost a must unless you have a lot of experience and are able to exercise all systems before buying.
Floor plan and living area are extremely important. It rains, sometimes for a few days in a row, and it's important you can live comfortably in those conditions.
Your travel style is another thing to consider, as mentioned by others it makes a difference if you boon dock frequently or are primarily pedestal princesses. Neither one is right or wrong or better than the other, just very differrent, and your RV must accommodate the style you prefer.
