I have the TST-507-RV on my 2020 Bay Star 3616 and when traveling the beeper goes off every now and then and sometimes they register an outrageous temp then they settle down and report the correct temp. It keeps going off it then runs for a while and beeps again. I keep shutting it off. Any thoughts?

Do you have a repeater installed to help possible weak signals?

One thing you want to check besides the repeater is the location of the exhaust coming off your coach. I used to have higher temps on one side versus the other because of the location and angle of the exhaust. Just something to consider.

Yes, I have is about midship of the coach. When it goes off if nothing is out of the ordinary I just turn the beeper off and keep going.

Mine will occasionally give me a rogue beep, but it keeps working.

If it continues to be a problem for you, I’d suggest giving the manuf a call. They are pretty helpful.

Change the batteries in the sensors, even if they are fairly new.

Thanks, yes it's a rogue beep about every couple our hours or when we first start. It seems that it happens when the temperature changes or pressure changes due to heat—just wondering if others are having this issue?
