In our case, we want our guests at our RV Park to feel safe and secure, and a gated community is part of that. Kind of thinking that it might be more cost affective to put some snipers up on the hill instead . . . :)

Nothing really. But threats, either real or imagined, can be alleviated with the term "Gated Community". :-) Besides, it makes the deer feel safe.

Oh right - Jim can host drone school weeks at his campground. Helping fund his next drone acquisition!
 
I would just put in a shooting range. Good guys in, bad guys out. Win-Win!
