Resolved Unlock the sofa.

For the first time since new, the sofa has locked in this position. How do you unlock the sofa to make a bed? Where is the latch located.

should be a strap/lever in the back middle of the bottom cushion. Needs to be pulled up to release on most oof them

The back cushions should be held on with Velcro, if they are remove them for a better view

Sometimes they use a verbal password, typically four letters in length

On mine though, if I remove the cushions, there is a lever at the right side (facing it) that I need to lift to unlock.

You're absolutely correct Neal. A couple 4 letter words and holding my mouth in the proper position allowed it to work.
I think it had a "nut" loose on it.
We are trying to empty the bus to sell it. Just closed on a S&B house.
