We have had our 2025 Entegra XL 36c for about 10 months and ave put 8000 miles on it. We have a problem with the hitch receiver bending when we tow our Ford edge. After about 1000 miles, the hitch bent at the plates that bolt onto the rv frame. We got the hitch replaced under warranty but the new hitch bent at the same location after only a few thousand miles.

We are using the same tow package that we had used successfully for 5 years prior to buying the Vision.

Has anyone else experienced problems like this?

If you're flat towing or towing with a dolly there would be no more than a negligible tongue weight. It would take a lot of torque to bend a flange like that. I'm not loving the way that thing bolts up there either. The bolt holes should be center in the flange of the receiver and the bottom flange on the frame rail. The flange on the receiver should not be offset from the frame rail flange like that.
