Water pump issues when boon docking.We replaced our SeaFlo 33 series with a seaflo 42 series after our first trip out when the pump failed a pressure switch and nearly caught on fire before the pump thermal protection shut it off.Venture refused to replace the pressure switch and required the RV be returned to the dealer for repair which was 4-6 weeks until they could get it in.Called Seaflo, pressure switch was 9 bucks shipped to the door, took 5 minutes to replace the switch which did not solve the surging issue.Surging would cause the water heater to turn on and off which pretty much rendering the pump useless if you want a warm shower.The 42 series pump solved that issue.

Venture factory quality control is horrible….. see photo of things that should have never left the factory!Bathroom door leading to bedroom blocked by toilet. Shower doors leak water, particularly in areas you can’t reach to clean up.Holes over cut for grommets and just screwed with 1 screw,electrical wires pulled so tight they ripped into the wood,RV not even a year old used for 4 trips and slide seal tore..the list goes on.
Be sure to go through your RV with a fine tooth comb, and pay a private inspection service before signing anything, and have the dealer remove every access panel so you can see what’s hiding behind them.Dont buy any additional warranties because getting the work done is like pulling teeth.
