My experience with those 4 LED indicator types, they tell you "You have some in the tank", "You don't have any in the tank", or you may or may not have some in your tank.

Fortunately, after some TLC, connection cleaning, and cleaning up a wiring mess, our tank indicators work at present. But at best, they are not very precise.
