On a recent trip I discovered I was unable to get any water through our hot water lines. My bypass settings are as they should be. Troubleshooting on YouTube strongly suggests that the check valve has failed, however I cannot locate it. I have the Atwood G6A-8E (6 gallon) model. I cannot locate the rear of the water heater anywhere from the inside of the rv. I have a 2012 ACE 29.2 model. Has anyone experienced this with their ACE? Will I need to remove the entire water heater to do this job? The access panel underneath the foot of the bed does not reveal any part of the heater itself.
