I have a 2019 Jayco 321. I'm new to RVing so I have a lot to learn. I bought the 5th wheel a few months ago and was wanting to live in it full time.
The weather finally was warm enough to put water in the water tank. I hooked everything up put the valves in dry camping and the pump will not prime. I took
off the suction line , no water. I blew through the suction hose and I can hear bubbling. I set the valves to siphon and put a little water to try and prim the pump
and no luck. Now I don't know what to do next. It almost seems like there is a valve I'm missing. The pump is pressuring air so i do not think its the pump.
Any suggestions would be helpful.

Thank you,

Welcome to RVForums.com. Are there any house filters/canisters you can inspect? Pumps aren't that expensive. Maybe it's time to replace?

If your lines build air pressure, your pump is good. Most pumps have a strainer on the inlet side that may be loose.

It has happened that air on the pressure side blocked movement before water makes it to the pump. Try opening a tap valve to allow an escape for the air.

When I got my latest trailer, the problem about not building pressure was in fact a problem caused by the PO not winterizing the rig properly. There was plenty of water being pumped. But that water was everywhere it should not have been.
