No one can tell you that with any certainty. Do you know what your lines are rated for? Mine are 60.
 
What you may find helps is to add a second pump. 45psi isn’t bad if it’s consistent. My issue was trying to keep shower pressure up while the other sinks were in use.

I added a second pump and now I have great flow all the time. I also have an inline surge tank, set to 50psi.
 
Accumulator tank is part of that equation. I recently added one and it solved my problems.
 
Accumulating tank is correct term for what I called a surge tank.
