Depends on how much you use your RV. Top brands seem to be Michelin (which I use). Beware Michelins may crack if the RV sits for long periods, like over the winter, especially if there are extreme changes of temperature.
Toyos have gained in popularity, much cheaper than Michelins, I have used Coopers on a class C, which rode as we as the Michelins. I don’t know about quiet, since my greatest concern is traction and durability (long lasting). I have a friend who is a truck driver who swears by Bridgestone.
