So many questions, gas or diesel, I think it’s going to be gas. But many questions -
When is a gas motorhome to old? Does a 2016 with very low miles 6,500, present a problem from under usage? Is 70k miles on a 2019 to many miles? Are gas motorhomes motors designed to make 200k+?

When I sold my 2015, with 15,000 mi, it was nearly perfect. If I were a buyer and wanted used, it would have been a no brained. Anything you get, have it inspected by a certified independent inspector. Get the service records, and get an oil analysis. Look everywhere for signs of water damage. With proper care, these engines should run well over 100,000 miles.
