Someday I may want to live in a house with a RV garage on property. For those that know of locations that allow or offer this setup, please share any info to help me and others find a home with a RV garage. Locations, links, etc. welcome.

@Neal why don’t you buy into one of those fancy small airport communities where you get your own hangar on site? You could easily store a small plane and RV in a hangar.

@Neal ... maybe a little too far south for you but we built our retirement home in a community that allows them. Not a lot of lots left but there are always resales.

Here is a community we are looking at. We visited the area a couple months ago and loved it. They even have an RV park you can stay while they are building your home.

Neal, there is an RV Community, Mount Olive Shores North, a bit North of Lakeland Fl, which has several different options available. From lots to completed RV port homes. Another much less expensive community called Mount Olive Shores is close by, gated, but all are modular, double wide type homes with RV ports added.
There is a community that Richmond American Homes is building in Fernandina Beach Fl, called "Amelia Walk" which has RV port homes. This is northeast of Jacksonville, near the beach, & close to the Fl/Georgia line.
There is another on Rt. 16 , just about 10 miles West of St. Augustine, that has existing RV port homes.
Also, another location in Alabama; can't remember the name; that had some unique RV port homes. Think it was between Pensacola & Mobile; in that general area.
And the one in Crossville Tn.
Believe there are others out West; but I did not search there, as I wanted to stay on the East Coast.
Maybe these will give you something to research, in your spare time!;)

I think that one is called Reunion Point. We also looked at it.
