where are the dashboard fuses located in a 2007 vista cruiser?

My radio and accessory plug have no power. I can't see a fuse block under the dash or in the engine compartment. Did gulf stream route everything thru their fuse panel in the rear?

There is a fuse block underneath the steering column behind a panel, another on the driver's seat pedestal, center aisle side. The primary fuse for your radio and acc. would be fuse #13 under the dash.
