The hot sauce people, not some dude!

So I've been looking for it in stores, not finding it. Some ban on it? Someone doesn't like it? I love it. So today I did a little google, seems like it's game over for them? Possibly old news and I'm way behind?

I just read that Texas Pete is being sued by a money-grubbing Californian who felt deceived because the hot sauce was not actually made in Texas. I'm guessing that reading the label is too much to ask of lazy consumers. Next lawsuit: Silicon Valley is not actually made of silicon!
