Question Windshield "Tint" to block UV and Heat.

We are considering a 3m Product to apply to the windshield to block heat and UV. 3M has a Crystalline Tint product that is 90%+ transparent. We have this tint installed on one of the automobiles and it is very effective.

Anyone else have a tinted windshield? If so, results?

Also, we would like to cut down on glare and reflections on the glass. The angle of the windscreen makes reflections in certain lighting conditions a problem.

We installed this same product earlier this year on our windshield and cockpit side windows. Yes, I feel it was effective...we drove thru NM and AZ in June/July with 100+ temps without baking inside. I believe we have 80% on the windshield and 40% on the sides.
