Hello all! My husband and I are looking at a 2015 34T to possibly purchase but we have a question for you all before we do! We have noticed in the last 4, including this one, that we've looked at seemed to have soft floors. We were thinking that this could be rot happening but because we've noticed it in all of them we thought it could be the lack of floor supports. Is the soft flooring normal?

Also, has anyone had issues issues with their bathroom skylight leaking?

Thanks!! 😃

Welcome aboard. I would really worry about "soft" floors. I suggest that you have any unit you seriously consider purchasing inspected by a professional. They will do their best to save you from hidden problems. A skylight leaking means the roof probably has not been serviced properly. Again, have it inspected by a pro.

I had a 1995 bago adventurer. The floor was a composite of bottom layer aluminum, roughly 1.5 inches foam and slightly less than 1/2 plywood.

It felt spongy but held up.
The real downside was the locking flooring walked apart in short time. Otherwise it worked.

Don't know if they still used it in 2015.
