According to RV financial reports, motorized RVs, Class A and super C production and sales are down so far this year.

No surprise at today’s prices. You almost have to be a millionaire to reasonably afford a new gasser these days. Of course even a millionaire today isn’t close to what it used to be.
 
That's what baffles me. No one is selling, nothing is moving but it seems no one is trying to make a deal either. It's as if they think this is just going to solve itself and the recent years of astronomical price raises is okay.
 
Blackrock is located in NY not Louisiana. Second, if you read the bankruptcy filing you would find out it is a single asset real estate company that owned a residential property in LA. Not even remotely connected.

When I first read Kevin's post, I searched for any Blackrock bankruptcy filings and couldn't find anything. I then called my son, who is also my financial guru, to get his input. His immediate response was "hogwash." I was only concerned because I do have some investments in IBIT. As a great man once said, "Trust but verify", Kevin.
