Hello All,

We are looking into purchasing either a 2025 or 2026 Winnebago Travato 59K or 2025 Roadtrek Play Plus.

We currently have the 2019 Roadtrek Zion and enjoy using it for traveling and camping. (Other than some things that broke giving us bad experiences with it.) The layout is ok, but the bathroom is small, there are no outside outlets and storage space isn't as much as appears in the Travato. We find the table pretty much useless to use and bring our own fold up table to use when needing a table in the Roadtrek.

Though looking at the Winnebago Travato 59K there are a few features we really like in the Travato. i.e., layout with bathroom in the back and a lot more storage space, the larger dual position table, outside outlets and rearview camera mirror.

Been reading up reviews on both. Pretty much have dealt with most of the issues noted for the Roadtreks and been managing through them. Though, never had the issue with contacting Roadtrek and getting help with any questions I had. Note: I am out of warranty, so hadn't a need for any warranty work. But Roadtrek has always been responsive and helpful. My biggest disappointment with the Roadtrek is things breaking. I.e., cabinet and drawer latches, and refrigerator door (see my other post). Though, I am aware all the bouncing and banging with driving a RV can be tough on the things in RV.

I read reviews on the Travato 59K that has been reported to having transmission issues. This is a huge concern for me. (Anyone can provide me any feedback on this would be appreciated. Seems odd the same Ram Promaster front as the Roadtrek would have a transmission issue with the Winnebago.) As well as fridge issue with shutting off or temp reducing. And the other issue with the Travato is the awning either coming open while driving or not functioning properly when trying to open it.

Willing to hear from owners of either RVs and your thoughts or experiences.

Thank you in advance.
