Looking for feed back on my plan. Currently using an extra portable battery bank (bluetti ac200max) to help power our trailer. I have been using the AC plug. The battery bank has a nice 30a dc outlet that I'm thinking I'd like to use to hook the battery up to the DC side of the trailer system and save energy not using the inverter for the AC. Has anyone done this? I'm thinking I can just wire an andersen plug into the DC side + and ground and I'm good to go. Anyone ever done this?

I installed this;

use it for portable solar and my flo-jet.
no different than installing an Anderson plug.

He wired in the ground buss bar and into a fused circuit. See red wire at bottom. He says it powers the whole DC from there. I would have expected the + to go up at the top where the 12v panel feeds.
