I remember looking to buy my first boat and I had a Honda Pilot. The salesman tried to make me believe the bigger boat I was looking at would be fine as the trailer had its own brakes, etc. with no regard to tongue weight and all. Glad I didn't get that boat and the boat I did get was at or above limits for the Honda Pilot most likely.
