I would first focus on the island if there’s a sink there. Have you spoken to your insurance company about the issue? If they’ll cover it then why not have it repaired?
Yes, I have filed a claim. Adjuster has not come out yet. Waiting for full report.
 
Thought I’d follow up. The Dealer opened up the floor and found black mold. It is more wide spread than just the soft spot in the floor. This trailer has a sealed bottom but the Dealer found mud and dirt caked above the tires and in the “belly”

This and pictures have been forwarded to the insurance company. I’ll keep you posted on this.
