I would first focus on the island if there’s a sink there. Have you spoken to your insurance company about the issue? If they’ll cover it then why not have it repaired?
Yes, I have filed a claim. Adjuster has not come out yet. Waiting for full report.

Thought I’d follow up. The Dealer opened up the floor and found black mold. It is more wide spread than just the soft spot in the floor. This trailer has a sealed bottom but the Dealer found mud and dirt caked above the tires and in the “belly”

This and pictures have been forwarded to the insurance company. I’ll keep you posted on this.

A couple of the finds.

Damn!

Hang in there, good luck on the repair.

Perhaps I missed it, but where was the water coming from?

Thought I’d close this out. The insurance has accepted full coverage (minus deductible)

I should be back in the trailer shortly after the new year. I am sooo ready to get back on the road.

Perhaps I missed it, but where was the water coming from?
Water (rain, washing whatever) was draining down the side of the slide. Then at the bottom where the water was supposed to drain off there was a small “crack” in the seal tray. Best inspection seems it might have been cracked a long time taking time to show up.
