Bacon-wrapped chicken sounds delicious. I think we all assured you not to turn your back too long, and I have almost decided low is the only setting unless I'm smoking, baking, or air frying.Tonight was chicken breast, sliced into strips about 1.5" wide, wrapped with bacon. Cooked in record time (nothing new there, right?) and was scrupdidlyuptious.![]()
I've been wondering how that steak came out since I recommended cooking like any other thick cut.I normally use medium and the thermometer when cooking.
You got it right @Jim about using temperature to cook rather than time.
I did cook a Wagyu tomahawk steak on low after searing each side on high for a minute. Came out great.
