I’ve officially resorted to a full-scale financial excavation, checking under the sofa cushions for quarters, rummaging through old coat pockets like a raccoon with a mission, and logging into my bank account while the teller laughs so hard she nearly falls off her chair.

I even called all my friends (both of them) and watched them apply the ancient art of selective hearing. So yeah… let’s just say the outlook is about as bright as a solar panel in a cave.
So what you saying? Newmar is just following the cash!

Not at all. I was making reference to being financially embarrassed. :)
Sure, this from someone who takes his coach in for service and comes out with a Essex😜.

@No Plan , we travel to a few NASCAR events during the year as well. Let us know what events you might be seeing, we might be there.

I will attend races based on my geographical location during my travels in 2026. Highly unlikely anything out East as I spend my time in the West. So the California, Nevada, Arizona, and Texas races would definitely be on my radar next year.

🤔hummm! Jim you're a good man!

You think your audience is listing?

I listen, I like his turn of a phrase, if for nothing else. ;)

NASCAR needs to go back to the old scoring system and get away from the car of tomorrow to return to the cars of the early 2000's.. thats when it was racing..

I believe they are changing the scoring system for 2026. Just not announced yet what it will look like. I figure they won’t change the car much for a while. Too much invested in it, but they are going to a higher horsepower engine for a few tracks.
Someone did say how funny it was that we have production cars coming out that have more horsepower then the race cars.
