Inverter issue

Most inverters have whats called a standby draw which means even if you are not using any 120v they are still using a small amount of power. If varies by manufacturer and the quality of the unit.
 
Turn off all loads and reset the inverter.

Then send another view of the display.
 
According to the manual it is a 2000 watt inverter/charger. (See screenshot of manual attached.)

What is baffling is... been having the inverter/charger on while plugged into shore power (when not using it for a couple of weeks at a time) for the 3 years we have this to trickle charge the chassis battery with the NOCO Genius 10 and never had this issue until this April.

Been trying to figure out why it all of a sudden begin causing the alarm and shutdown.
