One of the better overnight stops along Interstate 5 in CA. Great restaurant on site known for good steak dinner. Good lunch at the express bbq near the fuel station. Lots of coaches and trucks in gravel lot. If you don’t mind generator noise it can’t be beat.

Very nice and quiet owner park. Every lot has a house.

Uh sorry. Nothing there. I am just a lowly bus driver. Now a man like you that can do just about anything is the real deal. Can’t wait to see that mountaintop runway you are putting in for @Neal.

Day 2 of the trip back to the mothership in Coburg. This used to be called Durango but sold out to KOA. For a KOA, this is very nice. Adjacent to the Sacramento River which has a walking path. Hope to get some steps in. Rumor has it that this park was a lot nicer before they sold where they had a spa and some other nice amenities that have been phased out. Our RVF California experts @J&JD probably can tell you more about before and now. Now the front is covered in bugs so this bus driver will be spending the next hour getting those bugs off.

I cut my typical drive time short today as I could have easily made it to the final stop. I have always wanted to see this park and I don’t have the toad as the DW went home after being gone for 3 months. It’s a big place right off I 5 with a fuel stop, a casino, an rv park etc. Getting into the spaces was tight but they escort you to the pad and help navigate getting on to the pad. I have more bugs to clean again but here’s a tip. Keep distilled water in a sprayer bottle. Put the bug spray on and rinse with distilled. Just like DI water no drying with a towel needed. Off to clean the windshield and front cap.

Nicer but tighter than Durango but we like them both for different reasons. All good for a big beautiful machine such as yours. Better than where we are tonight….Carlock illinois.😝
