2005 Winnebago Adventurer 35U leveling system

Hello fellow Winnebago owners. We have a new to us Winnebago Adventurer 35U (2005). Our jacks will not go down ...... the levelling system indicates that the parking brake is not engaged ..... but it is engaged! Without the jacks, we are unable to put out the slides. Any suggestions?

What make of Leveling system do you have ? Electric / hydraulic ? Levelegs ? This info would help diagnose your issue. Although I like having the legs down before the slide goes out, I wouldn't hesitate if I was on (very) level and compacted ground.

We have HWH hydraulic levelling system on our coach.

The OP never let us know. There should be an indicator on your instrument panel that lights up when the parking brake has been set. Does your show it is set? If not, there is a switch that should be just above the pedal. Is there a wire attached. I had a 2011 Vista that had a similar issue. Turns out that when I was applying he brake I happened to kick the wire off of the switch. Once the wire was reinstalled, I had no problems.
