I have a 2022 Thor Challenger. I have tried to find disconnect for refrigerator when storing. On breakers off , still power. Only way is to disconnect battery, is this normal ?

Not normal. Should be a breaker. The installers may have used a inline fuse somewhere? It is not appropriate, but I have seen worse.

What type of refrigerator is it? Can you find where it's plugged in?

There are some inline fuses in the battery compartment..I may try to identify

Highly unlikely that a 120VAC residential fridge would have an inline fuse - it's most likely protected by a circuit breaker in the power panel, or a sub-panel somewhere.

all breakers are off..no sub panel

Since it's new you should contact the dealer, etc. It sounds like it's not wired properly.
