I have a 2022 Thor Challenger. I have tried to find disconnect for refrigerator when storing. On breakers off , still power. Only way is to disconnect battery, is this normal ?

Not normal. Should be a breaker. The installers may have used a inline fuse somewhere? It is not appropriate, but I have seen worse.

Highly unlikely that a 120VAC residential fridge would have an inline fuse - it's most likely protected by a circuit breaker in the power panel, or a sub-panel somewhere.
