    EBikes

Good day all, Looking for all the peeps out there with EBikes. So many different ones to choose from so I am coming here to find out which ones have lasing power and can haul my fat butt. I figure the best way to decide is to ask the people that own them and get the Pro's and Cons. Thanks for...

    RV ebike charging

Hi Guys: For those of you that have ebikes where do you charge them from at a campground? Choices are either from the power pedestal, can use a step down plug, or directly from one of the bays from the coach? Just got a new ebike from lectric. Nice bike that folds up for storage in back of our...

    Rally in Pueblo

Have not read much if anything good other than the Newmar techs and getting things fixed. Sad. Read about ebikes getting stolen, and all of the other nonsense. Maybe NKK will learn in the future if you're going to have a big event maybe coordinate security.

    Rally in Pueblo

Even after they brought in "security", a 3-wheel electric bike was stolen and a golf cart. I've seen better "security" at a Wal-Mart.

    RV ebike charging

Any 120V outlet should work. Either from the pedestal or if any are available from your basements. Some ebikes such as my Trek Powerfly 4 the battery can be removed and charged inside the coach.

    RVing with E-Bikes

Hi Rich, I was in an RV park in coastal San Diego county last Jan where I know the owners, and they indicated they were having ebikes stolen nightly. Sign of the times I'm sad to say.

    RVing with E-Bikes

...I’ll call - it’s almost always the best way to get things done. These bikes are class 1 unless you do a firmware change. I found this article and chart on the three classes interesting - I didn’t even know about this a few days ago. What Are the Classes of Ebikes? Where Can Ebikes Be Ridden?

    My electric bike is here!

Same ebikes my Sister and BIL bought. They seem to like them.

    Bike rack options?

I'm on the hunt for a rack for our two ebikes and I'm seeing ads that say "Not for use on a motor home". But why is that? What's the difference if I have it behind a motor home or a Jeep?

You might want to look into Carpal Tunnel Surgery. I experienced the same problem. Surgery was quick and painless. Now no numbness, Darrell

    Bike rack options?

This was our setup when we had Ebikes using a Kuat nv2.0 rack on back of the coach above the tow bar. We went back to pedal type bikes and use the same setup now.

    RVing with E-Bikes

...all that. Must be something to do with age because it didnt happen when I rode a lot in my younger days. I wouldn’t have noticed it lately pre-ebikes because I never rode this much. These are the bars: https://spank-ind.com/products/spike-800-vibrocore™-bar?variant=19524496392278 I hope it...

    RV ebike charging

That's what I was thinking, maybe safer to do it outside the coach. Can you imagine one of these blowing up inside the coach? Yep my battery can be removed to charge, but I think it is easier to leave it inside the bike and charge from there, There is charging hole to plug in to. HH

    1995 Roadtrek MPG

...vehicle is as reliable as any other Dodge van of the period; how well has it been maintained and how many miles are on it? As for getting eBikes inside, you sure wouldn't be using it for much else, if you did that. I'd pull a small trailer rather than mess up the inside trying to fit the...

Considering a Class C. What alternatives are there to getting a toad?

...are quite a few that did not perform as stated by the manufacturer. Ours have been modified so we have an accelerator and do not require the pedal assist. We had this option installed as my wife has a knee issue and I didn't want her to have to strain anything. EBIKES | MJM EBikes Darrell

    1995 Roadtrek MPG

New to all of this. Contacted seller about MPG with there 1995 Roadtrek 170, Dodge engine 57000 miles. They’re saying it gets 16-18 MPG. Is this accurate? Are these fairly reliable rigs? Also would I be able to get 2 eBikes inside if we were Motel-ing it that night. Thanks

Does anyone travel with an ebike?

    Hitch riser

Is this just to carry the ebikes, or is the riser also being used for a hitch to tow something? If the riser is just for the ebikes, you can use a hitch tightener like this... https://www.hitchrider.com/ht-3.htm ...to provide additional stability. TJ
