2012 Dometic refrigerator problems

The fridge on propane with in the last year or so turns on fine and cools down to 40 degrees then shuts off
and doesn't turn back on when temperature rises which I then turn off then on again repeating the process.
Some times it does turn back on maintaining the temperature. I'm new to this forum and welcome to any advice
given. Model no DM-2652.

This may help, is the burner igniting after the first cool down? You should hear it from the outside.

Are you on shore power or running on the battery? It will need the power to relight.



If your Dometic DM-2652won't turn on, first check your RV's 12V power (battery, fuses) and ensure the 120V AC outlet/breaker is good, then inspect the fridge's control board fuses (3A/5A), wiring for loose connections, and look for a resettable thermal fuse near the burner; common culprits are power loss, blown fuses, or ignition component failure, but cleaning the burner/igniter might help.
