2018 Jayco Greyhawk Insignia TV issues

We are at a RV resort which has Spectrum digital cable. When doing a scan the main TV only picks up 21 out of 62 digital channels. The bedroom TV picks up none. The people at the resort indicated that there are some TV's don't work well with Spectrum. It doesn't make sense to me that some channels and not all. Other places we have been the cable comes across as Analog.
