2021 New mar New Air, dash air conditioner not working. Blowing warm. I have lots of Freon in the system according to the gauge I hooked up. Pulled fuse and replaced , not sure what else to do.

Welcome to RVForums.com @Gdoubleoo. Take a look at this thread:

Gdoubleoo - does the compressor clutch engage when you switch the ac on (even for just a second)?

Theere was a known issue the Eaton PDM (Power Distribution Module - many fuses and breakers) next to the chassis batteries 2019-2021 and Freightliner has replaced them under a recall.

Also- i had the actuator at the heat/ac transfer box in the front go bad, so it was always circulating hot engine coolant and the AC cannot overcome the heat.

(PDM can be done at any Freightliner Elite service dealer after they get parts. Takes under a day. The coolant circulation i bypassed on the road and then replaced the servo/valve. Its a really archaic design….

@SteveMA - did you mean Freightliner OASIS? Those are the RV certified locations.

If near Gaffney, SC - go to Freightliner Custom Chassis - they are amazing.

Freightliner, elite and oasis both take care of RVs oasis means they have a guest lounge and can deal with pets (sometimes) so you could hang out easier. Get the freightliner 24/seven application which list all of them. Gaffney is definitely wonderful however they are usually booked up Months in advanced you can go standby but it can take days and for those of us on the West Coast it’s an awful long drive although for certain things I do take it back there on my trips to the east.
