Expecting news on the 2024 models in about two weeks. Start the rumor mill :)

Waiting with bated breath....

I heard yesterday that lithium is now a $2200 option. I know it was available in the KADP originally but I guess they have pushed it down to other brands. I wonder if they will sell out the entire production run to the dealers as they have done in years past.

With the prices they are asking right now I’m betting they don’t.

I understand that there is another zero on that.

Newmar offered $12-15K Rebates on some models through 4/15/2023. So my guess is no price increase as they are having trouble clearing existing inventory.

I know North Trail looked completely full with new rigs from every manufacturer they sell.

There were some on the delivery lot, two New Aires delivered while we were there for warranty work Tuesday.

It is technically “off season” for sales in FL I guess now that the seasonals have gone back north.

Does look a lot different than when we were there last year while manufacturing was still behind.

Buying a coach car etc is a game of poker. If you let them know you really want the coach, you're done, you gave up your gaming rights. Be patient, it may take weeks or longer and the deals and rebates are there.

Just like FPU. I hear if you opt out of FPU and a dealer does PDI, Newmar pays the dealer something equivalent to the FPU. If you do a FPU then the dealer should effectively pay you i.e. not charge you for FPU as they save money not having to do the work. But they've made it a profitable option by charging you to do FPU and they save money in the end. Wheel and deal is the name of the game.

Sometimes struggling economies are where the best deals are made. Sadly the prices have gone up so horrendously options are not good any way around it but what's the alternative, not travel and live your life? Shop the pre-owned market is what I suggest, that's where you're going to find the best bang for the buck these days!

Neal.....
When I did "FPU", in 2019, the charge for 2020 models was $5,000!!
I negotiated the price to $2,900, with the Dealer (Your Favorite Dealer:D)
So, YES, it is negotiable!!
And to me, worth every penny!!

Mine was negotiated around $2k as well.

On some models……Dutch Star was excluded
I wouldn’t bet on that one. Public companies won’t except zero growth
More likely that more standard options move to the option page.

Agreed.

Dutch Star Changes for 2024
WOW ... the 40' models will now come with a 3rd AC "standard". That will make a big difference. Nice change.

"A 3rd air conditioning unit is now standard on 40’ models for the 2024 model year. These 40’ models will still provide an 8.0 kW generator, so the 3rd air conditioning unit will only operate when the coach is plugged in to 50 amp electrical service."
