We have the newer L panel touch screen on our 3 month old coach. Worked good until the other day and after a 12 V salesman switch was turned on and a screen came up saying " configuration 12" then selection boxes came up asking " All Electric or Lp unit" I selected all electric and then the home screen came up but I lost Icons for AGS & Floor Heat? I tried getting back to the settings by either a 12 V reset or like my previous coach, holding finger on screen for 18 seconds but neither one worked.
I called Newmar and they said take it to a dealer but I don't want to wait for a dealer as we all know how well that goes. They said KIB improved these but if the owner can't reset it without going to a dealer this is not an improvement!
If anyone has been able to reprogram 2023 panel Please let me know?
