I am currently replacing the bedroom/ bathroom slide floor. The floor is out. Good news.
Bad news it's one inch thick by twelve ft long. Good luck finding that. The bottom of the slide has a thin sheet of uhmw polyethylene on it. Good luck find it also. Am going to build a new floor no problem but still need the uhmw polyethylene. So far checking everybody I can think of including dealers and plastic manufacturing companies no luck. If you know anyone who might carry this your help would be appreciated. Thanks

The problem is: glue won't stick to it.
12 ft is typically special order.
1/4 thick is likely as thin as it gets without special order.
Flat head screws are the only way I would mount it. I would likely make pads rather than cover the complete bottom side. But following the manufacturer's example is better.

12 ft is, well special order, but can be found for a price.
