That is typical 4 wire flat blade. I would test each one and see what lights up. Brake/turn signal for left is one, Brake/turn signal for right is another, and marker/tail lights is another, one is a ground. The diagram provided works. Use a meter to verify the truck is indeed operating like the diagram. For testing I have a buck convertor wired to my 18v Makita batteries with an adapter to provide test current where I need it.
