Looking for recommendation for an RV park. Wishing visiting distance to Gettysburg.

Not real close to Gettysburg (about 50 miles away) but Harpers Ferry KOA (and I'm not a fan of KOAs) is amazing because it is built on a Battle Field. Plus you have the historic town of Harper's Ferry and John Brown's Fort. And then still there is the very spectacular view of the confluence of the Shenandoah and the Potomac Rivers.

There is a great PA state park no more than 15 minutes outside of downtown straight down the highway into town. Can't remember the name but just look up PA State Parks

Little Drummer Boy Campground is located just off Rt. 15. Which is close to Gettysburg as well makes it easy to travel to other towns and attractions in the area. There is also Codorus State Park in Hanover, PA. If you prefer a state park.
