Not really relevant as I have IFS, but after replacing the Sachs with Koni Evo's, I couldn't believe the change. Potholes that used to make me cringe, are now a non issue. It is that much smoother.

It's reassuring to hear that shocks can improve ride quality. I know my I-beam front axle has it's limitations. I just figure, when we set out on another long trip...if I postponed the shock upgrade another year...I have nobody to blame but myself for a rough ride.

So far the best ride improvement was when we recovered our Captains Chairs at Bauer. We opted for new foam. Glad for it 😀
