Not really relevant as I have IFS, but after replacing the Sachs with Koni Evo's, I couldn't believe the change. Potholes that used to make me cringe, are now a non issue. It is that much smoother.

It's reassuring to hear that shocks can improve ride quality. I know my I-beam front axle has it's limitations. I just figure, when we set out on another long trip...if I postponed the shock upgrade another year...I have nobody to blame but myself for a rough ride.

So far the best ride improvement was when we recovered our Captains Chairs at Bauer. We opted for new foam. Glad for it 😀

Honestly, the improvement in ride over rough surfaces with the Koni's is something I would not have believed without experiencing it. I agree with the foam replacement in the captains chairs. Bauer did a great job on ours and.... also a great sales job on my wife. Two new recliners, matching the recovered chairs to replace the sleeper sofa, which now resides somewhere in Iowa, I'm guessing. 🙃

Yeah…now our Eurobooth is peeling. It might be time to schedule another visit. Probably next year and see if it’s time to replace the Queen Sleeper Sofa for Theatre Seating. But I’m getting ahead of myself. It just seems it’s been so much just the two of us…and we mostly lounge in the sofa to watch TV in the evening.
