Any water intrusion or damage

We’re thinking about buying a new (2027) Intech Sol Dusk. We just toured the factory, and the build process and business model they use at Intech sure look great. However, it does appear they use a wood floor. Yes it’s covered by that tight weave material on the inside and a black membrane sort of material on the outside, that frankly looks pretty flimsy. Has anyone experienced any water-related issues with the floor. I’m mostly concerned about intrusion to the wood from the outside. Thanks in advance for any insights.
