Anybody else loosing lug nut covers?

As an engineer, I don't have the luxury of regarding a failure that renders the sole lug socket I'm carrying useless as a "cosmetic issue" especially if a tire actually needs to be replaced. I'm not reefing on a 1 1/4" or 1 3/8" lug with a socket that's now ~1/8" too large because that manufacturer went with what was good enough.
 
Did it fall off or did somebody actually maybe steal it
Thought about that, but don't think so, these are travel days, close to the coach all day
