2021 Bay Star - I'm assuming this is the FM antenna?

I get terrible FM reception - yes there is an antenna coax plugged into the rear of the radio - but I can only receive VERY local stations. Anyone else with this issue? Any quick fixes?

I don't normally use FM, but would like it to be a decent backup to XM.

Also, what is this antenna for - I'm assuming "GPS-something" but i don't have any "from-the-factory" devices that use GPS, so I'm wondering what it is in-preparation-for....

Thanks for your input...........

All Newmar coaches have those I believe, mine does, no issues with FM reception from the dash radio. Try and see how well it works for you.

That first antennae pic is you dash radio antennae, I have two like that, the second is for the home stereo surround upgrade. I find the reception much better with the dash antennae than the home stereo antennae (they are the same).
