UPDATE: They responded to a Facebook review tonight on Messenger…and said they are processing orders as fast as they can. So, good to know they aren’t out of business perhaps as the BBB.org complaint had inferred.
Had a nice conversation with Austin. They are moving from a 38,000 sqft facility to a 95,000 sqft facility. So, things are understandibly in a bit of chaos now. They eventually see a 165,000 sqft facilty and full hookup campsite on premises.

I ordered a 5-yr kit from HydronicHeatingWarehouse.com last Monday (6/17/24). I received a receipt…and it said expected delivery date 6/20/24. Also, I would be notified when it shipped. They use Shopify for tracking like many online businesses. Unfortunately, Shopify just shows order placed. No tracking ever sent. Status is just got your order. I tried to email them to ask what the status is… Auto reply. Tried the Chat…Zendesk reply. Tried phone number…voicemail box.
Frustrated…I looked at the business address and went to Google earth to see where the business was. RV Master Tech…they have multiple side businesses that operate online stores. Did a BBB search…and while they only show two reports…the latest, is a rant about how happy they are that the business went out. I have no idea if this is just a disgruntled person…but the point I make is —- it said they went out of business on 6/15/24.
Just so you know. Don’t place an online order until you can get someone on the phone, or an interaction with a real human. Just make sure you don’t send your money to a closed business.
We are still hoping to hear from them…but have filed a dispute with the credit card company.
Why is taking care of your coaches maintenance such a hassle sometimes?
