I have a 2007 Itasca horizon 40KD that has a check engine light on. How do you find what code is and how do you clear codes?

Chassis?

You need access to a "code reader". Either purchase one that will work well with your chassis (Freightliner ?) or ask around (someone probably has one 😉 Determine the issue, take care of it, then clear codes via the device. Blessings

Google says Evolution chassis, joint venture with Freightliner.

Is there a display on the dash that will allow you to get into diagnostics @Banes1934? Can you call your vendor such as Freightliner Custom Chassis for assistance? If you have a service such as coach-net they may be able to help you as well.
