The motor runs flawless for around 200 miles and then it stats to miss fire and loose power until you park and let it cool off. Start it again and run another 200 or so miles same thing.
I have replaced Coils, wires, plug, sensors. Anyone have a clue I am out of options ?

Sounds like it may be heat related. You might want to get an inexpensive portable infrared detector.

or for a few more bucks you can get a very useful FLIR device for an iPhone

The 8.1 Vortec has spark plug wires that run atop the manifold. They get very hot and lose performance. You need to buy these (below) and replace your existing plugs and wires. It should solve your issues. (now let's see if I can find the link 🤔)
