Congrats! May you have many many pleasurable trips and travels ahead!

Splendide 2100 washer/dryer works.
Sanicon works, although I'm displeased that it works off of the chassis batteries.
The electric water heater side of the hydro hot works.

So everything works but the generator and I'll pay to get that going.

Water filter was plugged so I came in and ordered 4, then went hunting for the diversion plug so I could use water. Didn't find it but did find a brand new filter in a cabinet I hadn't looked in yet, along with a whole box of different colors touch up paint and 2 boxes of replacement light bulbs. The only cabinet on the whole coach I guess I hadn't opened.

Giving it a bath now and I'm soaking wet.

Went out and started it, then lowered it so the step wouldn't be so high.
Today's project is flushing the black tank. Not doing much else, still wore out from the wash job yesterday.

Then I'm going to look around and either order a trik-l-start or a regular small charger that plugs in to keep the chassis batteries charged since my coach doesn't have that function.

I may also order the ready brake system for my silverado today, I need to get going on that installation. When I mentioned to my wife what she thought about driving the silverado and following me to Florida the look I got was a resounding no.

The generator should have a rocker switch with a lighted side that will flash "codes" at you if the generator has problems. This may help you get it started or save you some money getting it running. Good luck!

I checked the codes a while back and got an error for low cranking speed, code 32.

I figured that was the last code saved since it's turning over fast now.

Found my first plumbing leak today.

Went to flush the black tank today and water poured out. Ran and shut off the hose, waited for the sanicon to quit pumping and shut it off, then ran inside to look for water. No water on the floor in bathroom or anywhere above the water bay.

The only other place to look is behind the hydro hot furnace fan, so I pulled the louvered cover off. There it was. Pulled the drawer above it out to get a better look. I'm sure all of you know what I found.

Stupid backflow preventer leaking. And it's stuck back there where I can barely touch it. Actually tied to the back of the plywood under the drawer near the outside wall. Luckily it drained through the hole the pipes go through down into the water bay.

I have yet to own a travel trailer, fifth wheel or any rv that I have not had this leak. And they usually put the thing where you have a hard time accessing it. It's the dumbest thing ever.

I've replaced these before but on my last unit before this, the Montana 5th wheel, I think I got a little smarter and just plumbed around it. Cut the pipes and tied them together. Then I put a screw in backflow preventer valve where the hose to the tank flush goes. Then screw the hose into that when I use it. I'm glad I know this solution because I can't even touch this one, much less take it off.

So I've got a fan in there blowing in this compartment now to dry it out. The only question now is if I tie the pipes together in that compartment or go ahead and take the cover off the water bay and tie them together back there, getting them completely outside of the interior of the coach. I guess I'll decide that when I see how hard it is to get the water bay apart.

I’ve been following your posts. Informative. Let us know what the problem is with the genny.

How did you determine the sanicon was on chassis batts. Disconnect?

I read it in the manual.
